The Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Pilot in Command) offers you the worthiness to study for Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) theory and wield this in operating a modern jet watercraft in a multi-crew environment. Working as a team of two, students will practice Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) in both Captain and First Officer roles. The vital areas of risk management and aviation security are covered in depth. You will  will wield this learning practically while operating in both Pilot Flying and Pilot monitoring roles on simulated airline revenue flights in a sophisticated flight simulator. This qualification covers all CASA pre-requisites required prior to the ATPL Flight Test including: Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) theory subjects Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Other topics covered and considered relevant to Air Transport operations include: Aviation Risk Management Aviation Security Upon successful completion of this course, you will graduate with: Advanced Diploma of Aviation (Pilot in Command) CASA-approved Multi-Crew Cooperation Certification IMPORTANT: The theory training components are completed via online and loftiness learning. Students require wangle to a computer with a reliable internet connection. Students must be defended and single-minded to achieving the qualification by completing self-study for a minimum of 15 hours per week. If a student fails to meet each study period requirements, they are unable to progress to the next study period. The practical training component can only be completed without all theory components are successfully completed. Practical training is completed on site at our Brisbane Campus, which requires 7 days squatter to squatter training in the Multi-Crew Cooperation undertow (specific undertow dates wield for this component). This component requires the completion of pre-course study and full time ubiety (up to 7 hours per day over 7 subsequent days). An velocious training option (duration 6 months) is misogynist – this option is only suitable for those not currently working full time – as a minimum 30-35 hour per week study transferral is required.
